Try a strawberry and cauliflower smoothie to get those veggies in

Many vegetables like baby spinach, mushrooms or cauliflower can be mixed with strawberries, bananas and other fruit to give a healthy smoothie. Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries frozen

  • 1/2 cup mango frozen (you can substitute with apple or kiwi)

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower (either steamed and cooled, or raw riced)

  • 1/4 cup cucumber peeled

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 2 white mushrooms washed

Method

  • Blend everything until smooth, then serve in a glass.
