Eight months after Ebola reappeared in Democratic Republic of Congo, the disease is spreading faster than ever. The number of new cases a week has tripled over the past month to 73.

Ethnic conflict is hampering the response.

Almost 700 people have died and thousands have been infected, making this the second biggest ever Ebola outbreak.
