The wife of former Cabinet Minister Malusi Gigaba is expected to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s court to face charges of malicious damage to property and crimen injuria.
Noma Gigaba allegedly damaged a luxury car her husband had been using after borrowing it from a friend.
Gigaba is still awaiting judgment in a separate application in the High Court in Pretoria in which she challenged the validity of her arrest.
In September, Gigaba briefly appeared at the Pretoria Regional court following her arrest in July.
