President Cyril Ramaphosa has addressed the nation on South Africa’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The President announced changes to some of the restrictions under Alert Lockdown 1.
Below are the changes:
- Normal trading hours restored to retail liquor outlets
- International travel restored with strict protocols
- Special COVID-19 Grant for a further three months, until January 2021
